Diversification and Combined Opportunities
Often, for the benefit of individual accredited investors diversifying opportunities and risks across multiple products and markets, BRITE Ventures will conduct a single capital raise for multiple opportunities. In such cases, an aggregate investment comprised of several segregated investments will be made in the multiple opportunities, each with an individual budget and yield profile. Investors receive a stated ownership share in each LLC. When investment opportunities are combined under such an arrangement, investments will be made into all the investments or none at all.
Credit Enhanced Financing
We commonly use some type of credit-based financing path for companies that have the ability to contract their services or key sales revenue to investment grade institutions (grade BBB and above). We often can obtain funding for business purposes such as the purchase of additional IP, fabrication expenses, or other working capital needs. The loan arrangement transactions can range from $3 million to $100 million.
